POSITION DESCRIPTION
AT&T Consulting is looking to hire a HIGHLY qualified Program Manager based out of Philadelphia to lead a Unified Communications transition and transformation project. The candidate would interface with multiple stakeholders and vendors. He/She would provide Program Support, Project Schedule/Milestones, Risk Management, and Program Metrics for multiple work packages.
The UC Program comprised several workstreams. The first is a complete transition of a large telephony estate (8 Sites and 9400+ users) to a managed service provider and eBonding solution. The other main workstream comprises a consolidation of 25 Cisco CallManager clusters to 8 and migrating to a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The UC Program Manager will proactively oversee all of the various work packages as well as serve as the primary interface between the AT&T Lifecycle Management team, including its supporting Centers of Excellence (COE), and the client, representing project-qualified voice network deployments and/or evolution of supporting telephony infrastructure.
Current work packages:
- Walk In Take Over - transition of existing client IPT management to IPSoft
- eBonding - custom development by with BMC
- "Strategic Consulting" - assist the customer in making a Cisco/Microsoft integration strategy decision
- Consolidation - Plan-Design-Build to consolidate clients existing IPT clusters from 25 to 8; "soft" migration of ~10k existing users - requires multiple PMs
- UCaaS - Plan-Design-Build new AT& hosted & managed Cisco IPT; site-by-site migration of ~80k users to new IPT estate - requires multiple PMs
